Depending on the result of the Leadership Assessment, Totally Morpheus offers you a leadership pathway consisting of 15 five-minutes micro learning videos. These videos show you the little changes in your thinking and approach that you need to know at this point in your leadership journey. These are the changes that will have the biggest impact on your leadership journey now.

What is Leadership Pathways?

Leadership Pathways is a tool created by Totally Morpheus. Totally Morpheus specializes in building leadership maturity in a measurable and structured way.

The first step is the (short) online EGG ³ Leadership Assessment. EGG stands for Essence, Gap, Grow. This is exactly how it works:

  1. Find your Essence - this is your unique Leadership Genius. You will build on who you are and leverage your leaderhip off your strengths. Leadership work becomes a natural extension of your personal growth, of growing into your authentic best self. The need for personal growth shows itself through frustration and exhaustion at work.

  2. Identify your Gap - through the (short) online EGG³ Leadership Assessment you will see where you stand as a leader, which qualities you posses in which measure. We will identify the qualities to be nurtured. They will make you feel better as a person and stronger in your role.

  3. Grow your leadership capacity - Totally Morpheus offers you a Leadership Pathway (15 five-minutes online micro learning videos) that shows you what this quality means to leadership and how to nurture it.

    On point leadership coaching enables to do your necessary inner work in an empowering, positive way. You will outgrow your stress and nurture your leadership capacity.

    To measure your growth you take the EGG³ Leadership Assessment again. You will see how the ratings of your leadership qualities have changed. From there we can choose a new qualitiy and pathway to work on.
