We fluctuate between these states. Making a conscious choice and constantly increasing our leadership capability is the journey towards maturity.
The states are:
Survivor – Committed and responsible, often carrying significant load (work, responsibility), focused on managing the load
Striver – Driven and achievement-focused, delivering strong results, improvement, focus and process
Thriver – Purposeful and balanced, successfully keeping an eye on strategy as well as detail, on connection as well as impact, giving space as well as focusing on results
